Website Scope

The ACE PICK website is a consumer ecommerce shop for pickleball paddles, sets and accessories. Product pages and displayed prices are provided for the online order flow and may change with availability or confirmed order details.

Orders

An order is created when the customer submits the checkout form. The order is not marked paid until the configured payment provider confirms the payment. Delivery charges, destination taxes and final fulfillment timing follow the rates and terms confirmed for the destination.

Shop Checkout

The consumer shop may collect payment through configured payment gateways. In sandbox mode, no real payment is captured. In live mode, the payment provider processes the card or wallet payment and the website records only the order metadata needed for fulfillment and support.

Product Information

We try to keep product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing references accurate, but materials, packaging, colors, accessories, certifications and availability may change by production batch and confirmed order requirements.

Intellectual Property

ACE PICK names, images, product photography, website text, layout and brand assets are owned by or licensed to ACE PICK. Buyers may not copy or reuse them without written permission, except for agreed distributor or sales use.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ACE PICK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Contractual obligations are governed by the final written business documents for each order.
